good traditional mexican food, All the raw materials are brought from Mexico, the chicken classic burrito, the tacos árabes, tacos Al pastor and guacamole are a must haves in this place
Service and food are good. Tacos al pastor somewhat dry. Alambres are good and sopes are too. Torta de milanesa de carne must try! Overall it's a good place for authentic Mexican food.
I work in the area and go here at least twice a month. It's a nice little restaurant, nothing fancy. I have ordered Gringas, Quesadillas and Ensaladas so far going here, and I have to say the food is very good, cooked to order, fresh and inexpensive! Definitely give this one a try. You will not be disappointed? Bergenline avenue has a sea of restaurants from all cultures, one of my main reasons I love being from Hudson County ?
This place is the real deal! I walked by and saw this place. We peered at their menu and saw tasty looking Mexican dishes I have never heard of. As usual, I was excited to try them...and it was delicious. We got the sopes and the tacos. Both were great. The sopes was like a tostada but bigger, thicker, and with beans. They put so much stuff on it! I could only eat two out of the three they give you and I was extremely full. For each dish you can choose any meat from a good selection of meats, like chorizo and carnitas, and can even do half and half. Also, each dish comes with a little bit of grilled cactus on the side. I had never tried cactus before! Not my favorite but it was cool to try. I loved their red salsa, it had a good amount of heat. The prices are awesome too. Most of the staff speaks Spanish only but just point and smile to the things you want on the menu. I'm super happy I found this place.
